What am I able to do in My Account?
- View account balance and billing methods
- View and print receipts
- Update household contact information (ie. adding a new child or dependent)
- View and print account facility visits
- View current memberships and program registrations
For the following account changes, please stop in to one of our YMCA locations:
- Cancel program registration or edit a program you’re registered for
- Cancel your membership
- Put your membership on hold
- Upgrade/downgrade your membership type
- Make any upcoming or overdue payments
