This class will focus on corrective weight training, self-myofascial release, stretching, and balance. The class will be led by a certified personal trainer, with the goal of developing a personalized corrective exercise plan for each participant.

Join our dynamic 45-minute strength training sessions, expertly guided by a personal trainer. Offered twice a week with flexible scheduling, these sessions are designed to fit seamlessly into your busy life. Mondays are all about sculpting and strengthening your upper body, while Wednesdays focus on building powerful legs and glutes. Plus, you'll be working out alongside other motivated women, creating a supportive and empowering environment to help you crush your fitness goals together.

Private Yoga - Fergus Falls YMCA

During your private yoga sessions, Tam Thull will help you dig deep into the specific areas you want to work on. Whether you want to relieve stress with breathwork and meditation, fine-tune your alignment in certain postures, or learn how to move in a flow, our skilled instructor will work with you. Whether you have shoulder issues, low back pain, tight hamstrings, or you want to increase flexibility, private yoga sessions can help you target those specific areas of concern by helping you develop a practice tailored to you and your needs.

Blake Buer

Blake is a certified personal trainer and Director of Fitness at Fergus Falls YMCA. He enjoys educating youth and adults about safety in the weight room and fitness center. He welcomes anyone to come in and try something new.

Tam Thull

Tam is a certified yoga instructor as well as the Membership Coordinator at Fergus Falls YMCA. She is a YTT 200-hour instructor with specialized training in anatomy, breathing, and specialty yoga. Tam specializes in bringing anatomy and yoga together, making the practice suitable for every individual and their body's specific needs.
