Get in the spirit as we learn and practice the fundamentals of cheer, including basic motions, jumps, cheers, and chants, while improving flexibility, endurance, and strength. Additionally, cheer offers a great model to learn collaboration, self-confidence, and communication with other cheer enthusiasts!
