Group Class: Mondays 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm at Fercho YMCA
Sydney's Ultimate Summer Reset Challenge includes high energy HIIT group workouts, strength training to build muscle, and cardio-focused conditioning to burn fat and boost endurance--all with modifications for every fitness level to help you push your limits, stay motived and see real results!
Group Class: Mondays 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm at Schlossman YMCA
Kyler's Ultimate Summer Reset Challenge will start each workout with muscle reactivation and a specialized warm-up. It will then move into a systematic and progressive weightlifting portion and each workout will finish with high intensity, varied, functional movement metabolic conditioning.
Group Class: Tuesdays 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm at Fercho YMCA
Nic's Ultimate Summer Reset Challenge includes an encouraging atmosphere where everyone feels supported and empowered to push their limits. Workouts will utilize kettlebells, sandbags, medicine balls, and bodyweight exercises to create a dynamic and effective workout. Each workout is designed to build strength, stability, and endurance, while fostering a sense of teamwork and camaraderie within the group. Every session is designed to be challenging, adaptable and enjoyable for all!

Jesse's Ultimate Reset Challenge includes an energetic and interactive challenge for beginners and intermediate fitness enthusiasts alike. Each workout will push your limits and make you sweat!

Marah's Ultimate Reset Challenge will specialize in cardio and form, helping build endurance while perfecting technique. Cardio is crucial for improving heart health and stamina, while proper form prevents injuries and ensures maximum efficiency during workouts.
