ABOUT THE TRAINERS & TEAMS
Group Classes: Monday at 7 pm at Schlossman YMCA or Tuesday at 7 pm at Fercho YMCA
Nic's program focuses on joint health, smart movement, and long-term strength. With a sports medicine background, Nic prioritizes safe, effective exercises that reduce injury risk. The goal is to help team mebers move better, feel stronger, and stay active long term.
Group Classes: Monday at Noon at Schlossman YMCA or Wednesday at 5:30 pm at Schlossman YMCA
Mckenna's program features a HIIT-style format that will be designed to burn calories but also focus on building muscle! The workouts will combine strength and cardio intervals.
Group Class: Monday at 6 pm at Fercho YMCA or Tuesday at 6 am at Schlossman YMCA
Maddix's program features a fast-paced, full-body workout that moves you through a series of strength and cardio stations to keep your heart rate high and muscles working. Each circuit is designed to build endurance, burn calories, and improve overall strength with options for all fitness levels.

Group Classes: Monday at 9:30 am or Wednesday at 9:30 am at Fergus Falls YMCA
Ross' program is challenging, effective, but definitely fun. Similar to U.S. military-based workouts without all the yelling and intimidation tactics. Working to achieve a strong mind and body, maximizing results.
Group Classes: Alternating Tuesdays & Thursdays from 7 - 8 am at Fergus Falls YMCA
Caitlyn's program creates a personalized training plan tailored to your goals and lifestyle, with a focus on strength, balance and injury prevention. You’ll build confidence, consistency, and learn how to train effectively.
