New to water? This one-time course is for adults who are looking to increase their comfort and confidence in the water.
Experienced instructors will teach skills like entering/exiting the water, keeping your balance while standing in water and regaining footing when necessary, front and back floating, kicking on your back, kicking on your front with face in the water, and more.
FREE and open to the community! Registration is encouraged, but not mandatory.
