This Summer was filled with road construction and detours. We know it was a challenge to get to the Y and we appreciate all of you for not letting the construction get between you and your goals!

- Chamber Member Mixer at the YMCA from 4 -5:30pm in the community room
Wednesday, Oct 15 - Wellness Wednesday
- Penny Cakes Pop-Up from 9-11 am--enjoy protein products and healthy baked goods samples
- Nutrition Gone Wile Pop-Up throughout the day
- Group Fitness Demos (each demo is 15-20 minutes)
- 11:30 - Pound Unplugged with Amber and Tam
- 1:00 - Restorative Yoga with Tam
- 5:00 - Pilates with Jackie
- 5:30 - Pound with Amber
- 5:45 - Yoga Slow Flow with Tam
