July 18 - CORE | 10:00 AM | Schlossman YMCA CORE™ workout designed to build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, including the abdominals, glutes and back muscles. Equipment such as resistance bands and weight plates are used throughout class.
JULY 26 - BODYSTEP | 3:00 PM | Schlossman YMCA BODYSTEP™ In a BODYSTEP workout you can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs. Combine this with movements like pushups and weight plate exercises to enhance strength.
JULY 27 - SHAPES | 5:30 PM | Schlossman YMCA LES MILLS SHAPES™ is a fitness program that combines Pilates, barre, and power yoga into a full-body, low-impact workout. It focuses on sculpting and strengthening muscles through controlled movements and high repetition, using techniques like pulsing and isometric holds. The workout is designed to be accessible to all fitness levels.
