Deep breathing, intention setting and supported postures.
Please bring a sweater or sweatshirt, warm socks, and a cozy blanket & pillow to this practice as we are going to settle in, get comfortable, and stay for a while. Assistance will be offered for propping and modifying each posture. Instructor will hold space after practice for anyone who wishes to stay a little longer to meditate and/or journal.
