Enjoy 1-on-1 bonding with your child in the beauty of nature at Camp Cormorant at Parent and Child! Parent and Me is open to all, single moms or dads, or a parental figure in the child's life. Parent and Child exercises allow you to include your child in your workout. Teach your child about the importance of exercise. These are fun, easy, and adaptable workouts!
*In order to attend, your baby must be able to sit up on their own.
