Immersion Sound Bath | Friday, Oct 10 | 6:30 - 7:30 pm
We invite you to have an immersive experience with sound, water, and relaxation. Each session will have you deeply relaxed through a guided sound bath in the pool.
All in attendance will have their own floatation mattress to safely experience the waves and hear the soft tones of Himalayan singing bowls. The flotation in water with the sound induces a state of weightlessness that relieves pressure on the muscles and joints while calming the nervous system.
To prepare for this class please come early and wear a swimsuit under loose layers. Bring a towel and blanket for added comfort. Space is limited so please enroll early!
