What am I able to do in My Account?

  • View account balance and billing methods
  • View and print receipts
  • Update household contact information (ie. adding a new child or dependent)
  • View and print account facility visits
  • View current memberships and program registrations

For the following account changes, please stop in to one of our YMCA locations:
  • Cancel program registration or edit a program you’re registered for
  • Cancel your membership
  • Put your membership on hold
  • Upgrade/downgrade your membership type
  • Make any upcoming or overdue payments
